Friendly staff and calm atmosphere makes this a bit less stressful visit to the vet for your pets. I brought my cat here for his annual health check and booster. The vets here all seem to genuinely care about your pets welfare which is more than can be said of other places. I would recommend vets for pets to anyone, and they also do a great range of health care plans for your pet.
Normally a good store, however, I felt rather embarrassed when I asked the lady at the tills if I could have a reduction on the bugs I bought for my bearded dragons, as some of them were dead. I had been told on another visit 2 weeks previously that I could have a reduction if some of them were dead by another member of staff. She then rang through to someone else then informed me that they don't reduce them even if some bugs are dead. I almost felt like I had made it up just to get a reduction?!Perhaps the Biggleswade store should take a leaf out of the Letchworth store and put 50% off stickers on their bugs containers when waiting for a new batch to come in on that day?! I bought one tub and left.....

The lovely staff at vets 4 pets always make my labradoodle instantly better . All I ever expect is for her to feel safe and loved and looked after ... this they all do, as well as very kindly, look after her usually very worried and panicky owner ... Thank you from both of us . You are all amazing!
