Highly recommended. They are excellent with our cats - always kind and professional. The premises is always clean, tidy and well-organised and I like that they have separate areas for cats and dogs to wait. Their monthly payment scheme works very well for me and I feel that the team are genuine animal lovers.
I met Theo when he saw my dog as an emergency at Great Denham. He was amazing just like Gus was for me in great denham. I went to biggleswade as Theo had seen my dog when his symptoms were changing constantly so wanted to have someone who was aware of if he was better than last visit. He was so kind and caring with my dog. All he cares about is the well being of the animal and gives 110 percent with his care. He greets all animals and has such a personal relationship with all. I have never been so grateful for the care he has given . Again best vets I have experienced and was great to have Gus there too on visit so both vets got to follow up . So caring, selfless ,informative and reassuring. Highly recommended.... a vet that loves animals and his job is for the wellbeing of the animal...first class service. I would only use medivets now and had a great experience with both practices. All staff lovely, caring and can see they all love animals...so rare to see nowadays and I feel so lucky to have found such great people to care for my dog. Thank you

Always receive excellent service. I have been using this Practice for over 20 years now and the advice has always been excellent, really trust Theo and team which takes away some of the anxiety you have when your furry family are unwell. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
All of the staff seem genuinely caring, experienced and knowledgable and too great care of my cat. It can be a bit of a challenge to park a car when visiting but you can park to the right hand side of the building if briefly dropping off or in one of the spaces on the main road opposite. In my experience this is an excellent vets.
