Tonight we had to make a very hard decision to have our pup put down , he was very unexpectedly very poorly , and the whole family are devastated , but Elizabeth Smith was amazing and very respectful , there are alot of vets out there who are only interested in money I can say hand on heart that this vet is not , they really do care , not only were they empathetic towards the situation , when I offered to pay there and then they told me no and to do it in the week when I was ready , that's a massive risk for any vet now a days , they could see how deversted we are and were and offered to leave us to sit with him for a while and let us out the back off the building for privacy , i recently joined this vets because I was unhappy with the vet I had used for many years and all of my animals will be transferred over , i can't thank the team enough , this is a very sad time for us but has been made more comforting due to the caring nature of the staff ....
So caring when my dog was very unwell earlier this week - even though he made a mess for them to clear up. Very friendly and helpful. Bertie is now on the mend thankfully.
Always got excellent service from here over many years. Much better than certain other local vets. As with all vets the medicines seem overly expensive.
Elizabeth Smiths practice has been caring for my Dogs for over ten years. The staff are always helpful and kind, and I have never had a grumpy one yet. My dog recently had a operation, she was treated so kindly and has recovered well. Highly recommended, super practice.
