The food was very good, but we were overcharged as a promotion was not applied when I paid up front for our food. The ladies toilets were grim. No paper towels and the hand dryer wasn't working either. Such a shame as we did enjoy the food.
Good pub grub, occasionally served on strange trendy things instead of plates. Best to book a table as it does get busy.

Great lunchtime meal with family. Called in on way back from Cambridge. The food was great without much of a wait. Would recommend the Yorkshire wraps.
Pleasant experience. The hospitality we received was good. We never saw any of the negative comments other reviewers mentioned. The pub may seem old fashioned and of need of decor update as mentioned by others but it's nice enough. The food was good that we ordered. Came out hot and cooked correctly. There was plenty to pick from on the menu. Waiting time from ordering and recieving food was adequate. car parking is a bit tight if you go at peak times. The pub is situated on a main road so trying to get out the pub car park may take a while. Overall a very pleasant pub with nice pub grub. No grumbles from us.
