Very nice place to eat. Reasonable prices. Lots of gluten free options.
Came here today with family for lunch and was told food was going to be between 30-40 minutes but after an hour, we are still waiting for food. Whilst waiting we have seen more than 10 parties leaving the restaurant due to wait times. If they decide to open the restaurant on a busy day like New year's day then they should have enough staff. Unlikely to return again as waiting for than an hour for food and 20 minutes for a coffee is not acceptable standard of service
This venue has friendly staff, a few comfy chairs and decent coffee so its a great place to meet friends for coffee and a chat. Alas theres no air-conditioning so on a really hot day this might now be the best venue. Their range and quality of food is not to my taste and the acoustics can be poor (theres nothing to absorb sound), so when its busy it can be very difficult to converse. Would benefit from some acoustic panels or similiar. Dog friendly.
We were there this afternoon early evening. Myself, partner and daughter and son in law. It was our Christmas get together due to other commitments, I would like to compliment the staff especially amber who spotted that my daughter was picking at her burger due to onions being in it .. which upset her stomach... Amber bless her got another burger made without the onion.... as a restaurant manager myself I would recommend the Rosso Lounge 100% great food outstanding service by all ... well done to all involved x x
First time here - can't wait to go back. Looks can be deceiving - it is huge when you enter! Best of all - DOG FRIENDLY!! Lovely big menu with plenty to choose from, I had a naked burger as watching carbs, delicious. Cannot wait to revisit again , highly recommend.
