Nice food, but the experience was ruined by the rude, inattentive staff. Our waiter (who was dressed as if he was a manager of some sort, which is more worrying) did not actually speak to us throughout our time there, he just grunted to indicate he wanted to take our order.When the food was brought out, again silence from our waiter friend, just put the plates down and went back to whatever he was doing before (before we inconvenienced him with our custom).Once myself and my wife had finished he just took our plates and our child's plate, even though he was clearly still eating, we had to stop the mute and tell him that our child is still eating, to which he let out an all too familiar grunt.We got the bill, had been charged nearly 12 for x3 soda waters with limes, but by this point I could not be bothered to try and communicate this and just paid and left.
Pera Kitchen serves a wide range of authentic Turkish food, and has many vegetarian options. The food is very tasty and is decently priced. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs.
Dont bother to order out! They forget the sauces even though I had asked them when they gave to the bag and they told me everything in the bag. I got home and rang them, they ensured me they were in the bag and I must of been lying! Why would I waste my time ringing up! No customer service, they think they are always right !!
Theyve only just opened up however they provide a high level of quality, food is great, prices are perfect, no problems at all when I dined here. Definitely recommend this
