After a 2 week wait for a promised toilet repair by another plumber and no contact, Alex did the job in an hour! He arrived promptly as agreed looked at requirements for the job, went and bought the part, fitted it, job done! Very polite, professional and customer service orientated, will certainly use him again and happily recommend him to anybody else.
