Super service. The removal guys were polite, respectful and hard working. There were 3 minor breaks/damage and the customer service department sorted this swiftly and efficiently. Constructive feedback - they emptied the kettle of water before packing, but they did not empty the iron meaning it leaked on other items!Would we use Clarke and Rose again? Yes, definitely, and we would ask for Tony & Matt again.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Very helpful through out. The removal men were really efficient, friendly and so energetic. Nothing was a problem for them, even over packed, extremely heavy boxes. They were careful with loading and unloading all goods, there was none of this luggage chuckers and they even beat us to our destination, which was 150 miles away. I would highly recommend Clark and Rose for all removals, short or long distance. I can't praise them enough, they made the actual removal day a pleasurable experience. Thank you guys.
First part of our removals - job done!! Very happy with the removal of our 4 bed house into storage. Prompt, polite and the job done as well as I could have expected in what is a stressful time for most. Also helped by Ishia in the office, who was very prompt and efficient.
