App showed it had been delivered but it hadnt. Called and was told the app timings were wrong...never had that before. Driver was friendly but pizza was overcooked to the point that it turns to flakes when you bite into it and cold. Chicken strips were hard and really coldso probably had been reheated. Shame really fancied it as well. wont use again
I always go and collect my order, not because I want to but because they provide the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Waited over 90 minutes and when I phoned they lied it had left the shop within 15 minutes of being ordered. If you can't deliver in a reasonable time, don't offer the service and DON'T LIE TO CUSTOMERS!
Lovely down to earth staff with a professional attitude. Need more businesses locally to have staff like this A****
As mummy had gone out for the evening myself and the children decided to have a movie night, the kids love pizza and the level of anticipation waiting got for the food to arrive was palpable. My first mistake of course was ordering from the cretinous imbeciles at Dominos Biggleswade, not only did they get the order wrong, but when the pizza arrived the box was so crushed into the pizza that the topping was melted into the lid of the box.As Henry (7) and Daisy (9) were so hungry and couldnt wait any longer, I made them a frozen pizza from the fridge, of course my offering was edible and contained a topping! Something clearly the professionals (I use that word sparingly considering the level of unprofessionalism displayed by your staff) at Biggleswade could have achieve.I called the store who offered me a refund or a new pizza, as you can see from above we no longer needed food as wed circled the square and made our own, therefore I asked for a refund. I was passed to an incompetent manager who advised me to contact yourself as he was too impotent to be able to process a refund.Its the 4th unhappy incident Ive had with this store, but the first time Ive complained, theyre a total shower and a disgrace to the brand......... for shame....
Sadly found out for myself that the customer service is very poor! For our company quiz night we put together an order of 14 pizzas. The order was for 7pm (weeknight) but out of courtesty i placed the order online in the morning so they had a good few hours notice.I called later in the day to double check that everything is ok for our order etc.. the first thing said to me was "well that is our busiest time! Cant we deliver it earlier?" I explained how many hours notice we gave them and that we had just spent 130 with them. He still pushed to deliver it earlier but we selected that available time slot for a reason. He abruptly ended the call! Pizzas arrived at 7pm, hot and tasty..happy about that but the customer service overall was very poor!Being honest i would rather have spent my money in pizza town across the road. Their service is impeccable!
