Very rude young man on the phone all the time. When I was unable to understand what he had said he asked me if so was drunk! Which I was not. Used to use this shop a lot years ago;were very nice people. This arogant young man should be retrained in customer care or replaced.
Horrible people don't go there, steel bikes from children!!!! Then try to get violent when you dare to ask for your child's bike back.... shameful!!!
