Absolutely butchered my long hair. Had to get it cut again elsewhere the following day. I asked for shoulder length with layers and showed a pic. I've ended up having to have a very short bob! Expected better from the Salon owner (Natalie) but my cut was rushed and uneven with random long bits and a chunk cut short on one side. I did get a partial refund (1 deducted) No apology!!
