I've been going there for many years and have loved it the whole time. Have met so.e friendly: instructors, lifeguards and staff through the lessons and going through, to stay at the club. The ad things are really that the changing rooms could be upgraded a little bit because they're getting a bit old and horrible now. Although you're only in there for a few minutes, it's not the greatest. Price are good! For 3 people to swim it costs: 12, which is a bargain because other places are more expensive. Overall it's good but has little negatives that aren't worth worrying about.
Good for taking the kids swimming. The lanes can get a little full in the evenings but the later you go the less busy it is. The gym is very nice although a little expensive.
Run down and dirty. Broken equipment and stuff out of order for long periods of time. Will be cancelling membership and going to another gym in 2019
My partner was a member of this gym for a while, but in the end of November he wanted to freeze his membership as December is the busiest month for him and he hasn't used his membership in November either, anyhow he tried to call the gym, left them a voicemail and No One got back to him. There is no way how to freeze the membership online so he cancelled his direct debit. This gym treated this almost as a crime and emailed him he owns them money and if he won't pay they will pass it onto an agency. So he payed for something he never used and tried to cancel to avoid all this. No need to say him, me will use more efficient and easier approachable gym in the future.
I use the gym regularly. There is good choice of equipment. Staff are friendly. Sometimes when a machine gets broken it might take a while to fix though. Changing rooms and gym showers are in good condition. The pool is ok but the changing rooms and showers need some work done. The ladies pool showers smell a bit funny and are not very clean. I go at 7am and there are always hair in the drains.
