Absolutely appalling my friend has been treated so unfairly by this company a price was agreed every thing was fine they were lovely to begin with only for her to have a phone call from this company this morning asking for another 1000 to be paid and to make things worse no explanation as for what the extra 1000 is for its bad enough at such a sad time in your life to then have all of these problems never will I ever use this company again
