Very busy and you sometimes have to wait but staff are very helpful and happy even if you havn't got an appointment. Staff all appear to know what they are doing

My glasses broke. I booked an appointment online and managed to get a eye test the next day. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. They were very thorough with my eye test and helping me choose the right glasses. The wait for my glasses was only 4 days which was very good as I was wearing an old pair of prescription glasses. I would recommend this branch highly
