I've always had very good service at this surgery, yes it can be difficult to get an appointment but that seems to be the way it is these days. I've always found the staff very helpful & polite even when you can tell they're constantly dealing with stressful situations.
No clear instructions of where to go. Had to wait in excess off 40 my delayed appointment. When I was finally called to the room the doctor was very rude and not understanding, she didn't listen to what I had to say. I'd be told to receive the same treatment which I had previously tried before 3 times and hadn't made any sort of impact. Then she insisted for me to take medication which had a lot of side effects and risks and would not allow me a further analysis of my condition unless I took them.
Have been at this surgery since 1989 and although i do miss Dr Curtin , have always found all the staff friendly , helpful and professional. They have treated my family and myself, through difficult times with kindness and respect . I fully appreciate that they are always busy , but i have always managed to get appointments and have no issues with the online service to book appointments or order prescriptions . More than satisfied - Thank you .
Trying to get an appointment is a nightmare.You are told to phone from 8am by the time you get through there are no appointments.Receptionsts make mistakes , forget to log you for the app.I was told told there are no appointments until in two weeks time when a receptionist failed to put me on the system.I never see the same doctor. If there was another choice I'd leave the surgery but unfortunately I am stuck.They force you to register online - assuming that you have access to the computer or a good signal.Terrible and disappointing.
