Cafe staff were helpful, quick to clean tables, & bring out food even though it was busy. Store is a good size so there is a decent selection of kids, men's and women's wear. Staff on the till were friendly.
Lovely M&S store. Modern, well laid out and carries a good range of merchandise. Nice large food hall, all well stocked. Staff approachable and friendly. Where this store let's itself down is the Cafe. Dirty, with crumbs all over the floor. Dirty tables with crockery not cleared. Not just one or two tables, a lot more than that. No staff interested in clearing or cleaning tables. More interested with talking amongst themselves. Result is about a of third of tables couldn't be used for customers who had just bought food and drink. Staff changed at around 2.00 and one person was trying to do the work of 2, to try and get the seating area in some kind of order. A below par performance from the cafe, but the saving grace is the coffee is great. The worst M&S Cafe I've been to.

Coffee, nearly undrinkable. most probably get away with it because most people do not know any different.Toasted sandwiches heated up in the microwave. The taste is similar to the sandwiches you get a Costa Coffee, so do not be fooled that this M&S sandwich reflects their reputation.
I think Biggleswade is lucky to have this store. It's a nice size with plenty of selection. I shop here first for clothing needs. The staff have always treated me like I matter.
Nicely laid out shop with a great selection of quality clothing, food, drink, and household items. The staff are helpful and there is also a nice little cafe. Obviously not the cheapest place to shop but as the saying goes you get what you pay for.
