I have now been waiting 3 months for an adjustment appointment and it's ridiculous. I feel unwanted and like I am wasting their time because i am a NHS patient, and i would not reccomend. My dentist is rough with my teeth and when adusting regularly bumps into my gums causing me pain and not one apology is ever made. I was late by 15 mins for an appointment and so they would not let me be seen that day. Avoid avoid avoid. I am now looking into getting my braces removed and cancelling my treatment here.
This Dentist has very professional staff. The receptionist are polite too. The practice is inside a converted house. I'm quite steady on my legs but still have slipped trying to get up the steep stairs. The reception area looks like it was built in the 70s. Very shallow! Waiting area with the usual magazines. Appointments are usually on time. They are quite flexible with appointment booking. I do mine is email. This is the best Dentist I have visited.
