Trying to get matching tyres that they fitted on the rears recently and was impressed by the customer service and speed of fitting. Completely different attitude today - First gives me higher price for fronts than rears. Rang back to ask can you not order some to match and your website is 20 cheaper anyway and he just says he is not going to waste his time ringing the supplier for budget tyres even though they do make the model I want as doesnt matter if they match. I'm not going to waste my time bringing our 2 cars in the future.F1 autocentres are cheaper online.

If I could put 0/5 stars I would, car brought in for an mot. We knew the car had problems and was willing to pay a reasonable price to fix them. Receptionist called back explained it would be over 800 to have the cars mot passed, I then rung back and questioned the pricing in turn they dropped the price 100 which seemed dodgy in itself. The car was then taken to a new garage and the works were carried for more than half the price of the 800 here. Rude, overpriced and wouldnt recommend to anyone.
