Very helpfull
Good polite service from all the Halfords staff. Been here many times and always come out happy. Bike staff are knowledgeable and are happy to help. The parts Halfords sell are sold at a reasonable price, however I do find that in the bike tyre section, the sizes and brands are a bit lacking in variety for my taste. If I need a part immediately. I can almost 9 out 10 times rely on Halfords.
Called in today 02 10 18 to ordr and have a new number plate fitted, I was told to wait as the "fitter" was dealing with another customer and would be with me in 5 or10 minutes!Half an hour later, I was still waiting, I went to ask what was happening, and was told "they were short staffed and only 2 of us on"!As if this is my fault? They could not give a damn,that i was waiting,and their attitude stank,I left clutching my number plate(that I had paid for to be fitted) to pay once again to have fitted somewhere else!I think Halfords need to look at their in store training, as it clearly doesn't work!
Great customer service !As soon as I started looking around for a bike part to buy, a guy came towards me.He then understood the size I needed and recommended me the right one.I then came back the next day to exchange the part (my fault), and was met by another member of staff kind and helpful as the other. Exchanged that free of charge.Yes they got very young staff, but willing to help and with right positive attitude!Well done!Don't blame them hard for small mistakes
Recently bought an E MTB from this store with service plan,staff in the bike section are very helpful and know their stuff,"big up" for Richard who ive mainly dealt with.
